This Patient Instructional DVD provides information on sciatica and step-by-step visual demonstration on how to perform specific exercises and self-management techniques. The goal is to reduce pain, promote healing, restore functional abilities and reduce risk of reoccurrences. A patient workbook is required (sold separately or with Starter Kit) to accompany the patient instructional DVD.
 
This six-week training program is incorporated as part of the clinical care of individuals with Sciatica.
